What This Is
Sixty minutes of distance Reiki, held over Google Meet.
Reiki is universal life force energy, directed with intention toward your energy field and chakra system. In practice, it means I tap into where your energy is blocked, depleted, or out of balance, and I direct that life force toward helping you release what's stuck, restore what's been drained, and reach the parts of your body and spirit that other methods usually can't touch.
You don't have to believe in anything in particular for it to work. You just have to show up.
You stay fully clothed. You find a comfy spot to lie down in your own home - your bed, your couch, your floor with a pillow under your knees. I channel energy across the distance, the same way I would in person. I'll talk you through what's happening as we go. It feels like a guided meditation - it’s potent medicine. When I work in your energetic system, I connect with each chakra - oftentimes receiving a visualization of different landscapes and animal guides that live within these ecosystems within you. I ask them what needs tending and cultivation, and they take me to the right places and show me what is needed. I share this with you as we go and in a debrief at the end of the session.
What Reiki feels like to people is different for folks. Some people feel tingling. Some feel warmth or a sense of internal movement. Often, I have felt the old energy dripping off me like tar or sludge - and come out feeling refreshed and restored. Some feel nothing dramatic at all and just notice, an hour later, that something in them has unclenched. One client calls it a massage for your energetic body, and honestly, that's what it is.
Most people leave the session in some state of deep relaxation and release. Often, people receive clarity and grounding, enabling them to move forward with confidence and peace. What gets released or restored is not mine to predict for you. We let it unfold together.

Your Practitioner
I'm a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained and practicing for eight years. Reiki is one of several tools I use to work with the chakras and the energetic body, but it stands entirely on its own, you don't need to be doing any other work with me for this to be valuable.
Here's what I've come to understand, doing this work for as long as I have: underneath every human being is a sovereign power that most of us haven't fully claimed yet.
Reiki is often where that realizing quietly begins. When you feel your own power moving through your body - coming back to life and releasing months or years or lifetimes worth of old burdens and dead energy - you find more completion within your self. Because an hour of being tended to, without performing or explaining yourself, tends to wake something back up.
